Carfolio.com redesign

It is a great pleasure to introduce the 3rd evolutionary phase of Carfolio.com, signified by a small but significant redesign. Whilst the older markup was just barely workable, the new, improved html now should be completely valid as XHTML 1.0 Transitional, and the site should also be a lot more accessible to people with disabilities. As the new site matures, so the quality of both the markup and accessibility should improve too.
