In 1995, BMW produced a very special version of the E36 M3, and called it the M3 GT. Producing slightly more power than standard, and with suspension tweaks and other modifications, this M3 GT was a precursor to the hallowed M3 CSL of today. Just 356 examples of this Europe-only special model were produced in total.
