The Ute SS V-Series is a rear wheel drive light delivery vehicle/ute/bakkie motor vehicle with a front mounted engine, produced by Holden.
It forms part of Holden's VF II family of cars.
The 6.2 litre engine is a naturally aspirated, overhead valve, 8 cylinder that develops 408 bhp (414 PS/304 kW) of power at 6000 rpm, and maximum torque of 570 N·m (420 lb·ft/58.1 kgm) at 4400 rpm.
The power is delivered to the wheels by means of a 6 speed automatic transmission.
