The Star Chief is a rear wheel drive saloon (sedan) car with a front mounted engine, produced by Pontiac.
It forms part of Pontiac's 256 series.
The 6.4 litre engine is a naturally aspirated, overhead valve, 8 cylinder unit that has an output of 338 bhp (343 PS/252 kW) of power at 4800 rpm, and maximum torque of 587 N·m (433 lb·ft/59.9 kgm) at 3600 rpm.
