The Adventurer Hardtop forms part of De Soto's Adventurer PS3 model range.
The 8 cylinder, overhead valve naturally aspirated powerplant has 2 valves per cylinder and a volume of 6.3 litres. It develops power and torque figures of 305 bhp (309 PS/227 kW) at 4600 rpm and 556 Nm (410 lbft/56.7 kgm) at 2400 rpm respectively.
The engine transmits power to the wheels compliments of a 3 speed automatic gearbox.
